Sheet T-01 · Terms
The terms a Bathglen sale is made on.
snowbury.com is operated by Lishengfa Trading Limited. This page is an enquiry and specification site: it does not take an order and it does not take a card. These clauses apply to every quote, invoice and delivery we make.

Acceptance
By browsing this site, sending an enquiry, accepting a quote or accepting an invoice, you agree to these terms. If you are acting for a company, a developer or a showroom, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not accept these terms, do not place an order with us. Where we have signed a separate written supply agreement with you, that agreement prevails over these terms to the extent of any conflict.
-
What this site is, and what it is not
This site is a display and enquiry site for bathroom hardware. It has no checkout, no payment gateway and no card form. Nothing on these pages is a binding offer to sell; the product pages, prices, specifications and availability are an invitation to enquire. We never collect or store card numbers, and we do not process payment through this website. Any transaction is completed off-site, after written confirmation, by the payment method named in our invoice.
-
Quotes, and when a contract is formed
A quote is valid for 14 days unless it states otherwise, and it is subject to stock at the time of acceptance. A contract of sale comes into existence only when we issue a written confirmation or an invoice and you accept it — by written reply, by signed invoice, or by paying the deposit we asked for. Until that point either side may walk away and no obligation arises. A verbal figure given on WhatsApp is an indication, not a contract, until it is confirmed in writing. These terms are incorporated into any contract we form.
-
Prices and currency
Prices are quoted in United States dollars (USD) unless the invoice says otherwise. They are exclusive of destination duty, import tax, VAT, GST and brokerage unless we state DDP in writing on the invoice. Prices exclude freight unless stated. Where a currency is converted by your bank, the rate and any conversion fee are between you and your bank. We may correct an obvious typographical or pricing error before we confirm an order, and if the error affects an order you have already accepted we will tell you and let you cancel that line without penalty.
-
Payment
Payment is made by the method named in the invoice — normally bank transfer to the account on the invoice. We may ask for a deposit on a trade or project order and the balance before dispatch. Bank charges levied by an intermediary are borne by the payer. We do not release goods until cleared funds are received, unless we have agreed credit terms in writing. Do not send card details by email or WhatsApp; we will never ask for them.
-
Lead times and shipping
We prepare goods for dispatch in about 3 working days after cleared payment, and we dispatch from Hong Kong. Transit times depend on the service and the destination and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes on delivery in accordance with clause 07. See the shipping page for how we pack bars, stands, mirrors and small fittings.
-
Risk, title and delivery
Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address on the invoice, or when the courier records a delivery attempt that fails because of an incorrect address or an absence. Title in the goods passes only when we have received payment in full. Until title passes you hold the goods for us, keep them identifiable and do not resell them other than in the ordinary course of your business. Delivery dates are estimates; a delay in transit is not a breach of contract unless we have agreed a guaranteed date in writing.
-
Duty, tax and customs clearance
Import duty, VAT, GST, consumption tax, brokerage and any customs inspection charge are the buyer's responsibility unless we have agreed DDP in writing. You are the importer of record and you must provide any licence, certificate or product registration your country requires for plumbing and water-contact goods. If a parcel is held, refused or returned because those obligations were not met, clause 13 of the returns policy applies.
-
Returns, cancellation and warranty
The returns policy forms part of these terms. In summary: 14 days from delivery for an unused, undrilled fitting; a fitting that has been installed, plumbed in or drilled is not returnable for change of mind; natural patina on unlacquered brass is not a defect; a leaking cartridge, a failed finish or a stripped thread is a fault we replace; refunds are made within 10 working days of inspection; the mechanism warranty runs 12 months. Those clauses prevail over any general statement on this page.
-
Your installation duty
The buyer or the buyer's installer is responsible for correct installation. That includes choosing the right fixing for the wall — a masonry plug in solid wall, a proper stud or a rated wall anchor in a stud partition or in tile over board, never a bare screw into plasterboard — drilling tile with a correct tile bit at low speed without cracking the glaze, and reinstating the waterproofing membrane and any tanking around every penetration. It includes sealing a G1/2 or NPT threaded connection with the correct amount of PTFE tape or a suitable sealing washer, tightening to hand-tight plus a part turn rather than over-torquing, checking the supply pressure is within the range we state, and commissioning the fitting before the wall is closed up. If you are not confident, use a licensed plumber.
-
We are not liable for water damage from incorrect fitting
We do not accept liability for water damage caused by incorrect fitting. A fitting that has been installed without adequate waterproofing, with the wrong wall anchor, with a cross-threaded or under-sealed connection, with an over-torqued spindle, or on a supply pressure outside the stated range is an installation issue, not a product fault. Losses of that kind — stained ceilings, damaged plaster, warped cabinetry, ruined flooring, mould remediation — are excluded to the fullest extent the law allows. This clause does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and it does not reduce your statutory rights as a consumer.
-
Inspect on delivery
You must inspect the goods on delivery. Check the carton before you sign, open it the same day, and check the bar, the rose, the glass, the thread and the fixing pack against the packing list. Report transit damage, a bent bar, a cracked mirror or a missing fixing pack on the day of delivery, with photographs of the carton and the piece. A claim made weeks later, after the carton has been discarded and the fitting installed, is much harder to establish and may be refused. Signing for a parcel without noting visible damage does not by itself waive your rights, but it does affect what the courier will accept.
-
Finish variation, patina and dimensions
Unlacquered brass is a living finish. Colour, sheen and the rate of patina development vary between pieces, between lots and between rooms, and photographs are a guide rather than a colour reference. Brushed surfaces show a grain direction that will not match another piece exactly. Teak grain varies. Glass edges may show a faint tint. Dimensions are nominal and may vary by a millimetre or two on a cast or polished part. Wall thickness, projection and thread standard are stated on the product page; if a dimension is critical to your design, ask us to confirm it against the actual stock before you drill.
-
Spare parts
We aim to keep cartridges, spindles, springs, pump heads, roses, fixing packs and post caps available for the fittings we sell. Write to us with the SKU and, where you have it, the invoice number. We reply within 1 working day with availability and a price. A spare part supplied under the 12-month mechanism warranty is free; outside warranty it is chargeable and the freight is yours.
-
Intellectual property
The text, photographs, drawings, layout, brand name and logo on this site belong to us or to our licensors. You may read the site, print a page for your own use and use our product images and dimensions in a specification or tender document for goods you are buying from us. You may not copy the site, resell its content, scrape it at scale, or use our name or images in a way that suggests an endorsement or a partnership we have not agreed in writing.
-
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to interfere with the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, upload malicious code, or use automated tools to extract the catalogue. Do not impersonate another buyer, place enquiries in a false name, or use the contact channels to send unsolicited marketing. We may refuse an enquiry, cancel an unfulfilled order and block an address where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse or a breach of these terms, and we will refund any sum paid for goods we then decline to supply.
-
Third-party links
Where this site links to a courier, a certification body or another third party, that link is for convenience. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, their availability or their handling of your data. Their terms and privacy notices apply when you use them.
-
Disclaimer and limit of liability
We describe our fittings as accurately as we can, but the site is provided without a warranty that it is free of error or interruption. To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of a contract is limited to the price you paid for the goods giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of contract, loss of use of a bathroom, delay, or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Consumers keep every statutory right they have, and where a statutory right gives more than these terms, the statutory right prevails.
-
Entire agreement and notices
These terms, the returns policy, the privacy notice and the invoice we issue make up the whole agreement between us, and they replace anything said earlier about the goods. A notice is validly given to you when we send it to the email address or WhatsApp number on the enquiry, and to us when you write to lishengfa2026@outlook.com or post it to our registered office. A notice sent by email is treated as received on the next working day in Hong Kong.
-
Force majeure
We are not liable for a delay or a failure to perform caused by something outside our reasonable control: a typhoon or a black rainstorm warning in Hong Kong, a port or airport closure, a courier or carrier failure, a customs hold, a factory shutdown, a shortage of brass, a labour dispute, an epidemic, war, or a change in law or export control. If such an event continues for more than 30 days either side may cancel the affected order, and we will refund any sum paid for goods not dispatched.
-
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any contract formed under them are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and each party submits to that jurisdiction. We will always try to resolve a disagreement by correspondence first, and the complaint route on the contact page is open to you before any claim is issued. Nothing here deprives a consumer of the protection of the mandatory law of the country in which they live.
-
Changes and severability
We may update these terms when our process, our courier or the law changes. The version in force is the one published here on the date you accept a quote, and the date at the foot of this page records it. If a clause is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the terms stay in force and the invalid clause is read down to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable.
